We collect registration information, contact details, member preferences, appointment requests, event registrations, purchases, giving records and work applications to administer Bethorahzan programs.
Restricted information
Personal counseling, spiritual care and wellness requests are sensitive. Access should be restricted to authorized care staff, with operational retention limits and an incident response plan before launch. Do not submit emergency or extensive clinical information through general forms.
Payments
Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. Bethorahzan maintains transaction references and status records to reconcile orders, donations and marketplace payments.

Contact the community office to request an update, access review or deletion of personal information where applicable, subject to legal and accounting retention obligations.
